February gaming numbers are released and show the usual decline in February compared with last month. But February 2023 was well up on the still Covid affected February last year.

 Over the last 10 years, total gross revenue for February is on average -5.3% lower than January so this year it’s a greater decline from very strong January figures.

 Of course February had 8 weekend days and January this year had 9.

Hotel gaming held up better than clubs. But this is the norm for the January to February transition period. Over the last 10 years, hotels on average only drop by -4.9% in February while clubs on average drop by -8.1%.
