The Qld machine gaming market for November 2022 continues to show year-on-year growth with November 2022 up by 9.8% on November last year. Clubs were up by 8.0% and pubs up by 11.2%.

But November is down on last month by -5.7%. This happens every year. November is typically down on October by between 2% and 5% depending on the number of peak/high trading days in the month (Fri, Sat, Sun). October benefited from 14 peak trading days this year compared with 12 November. That’s enough to account for the -5.7% drop in activity plus the normal cooling that happens every November in the lead up to Christmas.
