Qld had another strong month in September 2022. While the market was up by 16.5% on the same month last year, September couldn’t maintain the level of activity that was generated in August last month. September came “off” by -5.3% compared with last month. September was a simple month with the standard four complete weekends. Early indications are that October continues to deliver sound results in Qld, and with five full weekends in October we might expect some pleasing results.
