Qld had another strong month in August 2022, with some markets well up compared with a Covid affected August 2021. The market was up by 35.8% on August last year. SEQ dominated the growth, again compared with the Covid impacted period last year. August 2022 was slightly down on last month, July 2022, coming off a particularly strong July. But the results in August are pleasing considering that there were only eight weekend days in the month. Early indications are that September continues to deliver sound results.
